Extensive research conducted by a major university shows that for average readers KWIKSCAN™ reduces reading time 65% while increasing understanding 34.8%. In order to receive these benefits, take the following steps:

  1. READ ONLY THE SCAN WORDS
(The words printed in larger, bolder type)
As you will quickly see, the SCAN words form their own thoughts and sentences. Although you will be reading 50% or less of the total words in the text, the SCAN "tells the story."

  2. READ STRAIGHT DOWN
The punctuation relates to the total text and not to the SCAN. When using the SCAN ignore the punctuation, and keep reading until you have a complete thought or sentence. You will be able to speed down the columns since you practically eliminate left to right head and/or eye movement.

  3. READ THE ENTIRE TEXT AS TIME PERMITS
Every word of the original text is printed. With KWIKSCAN™ you have everything offered in a traditional text plus the exciting benefit of the KWIKSCAN™ for rapid review and greater understanding.

"ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD..." (II Timothy 3:16)
The text of the KWIKSCAN™ Holy Bible includes every word of The Authorized King James Version. Not a single word has been eliminated or altered. For a thorough understanding of the Scripture, readers should study the complete text. However, the SCAN represents thousands of hours of intensive research and work by dedicated Bible scholars, proof editors, computer systems analysts, and typesetting specialists, all of whom are committed to assisting readers in understanding the Holy Scriptures.
